How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password only if you registered with an email and verified it. Hizo App: Log out of your account. Click on the " Login / Sign up " button. Enter your email in the input field and click " Continue ". Under the Password input field, click on the " Forgot password? " button. Enter your email and click " Reset password ". Is the {project} app free?

Yes. Hizo is free for basic use and includes all core habit tracking and todo features. We also offer optional Premium features for users who want deeper statistics and more flexibility. Premium is available via subscription or as a one time Lifetime purchase, which unlocks all current and future Premium features.

How can I delete my account and all associated data?

You can delete your account and all associated data through the Hizo app or on the website. Hizo App: Go to the Settings tab (⚙ icon). Go to profile. At the bottom of the screen, click on " Delete Account ". Website: Go to https://hizo.app/account . Log in with Hizo email, Apple or Google account. Click on the " Delete Account " button.

How do I cancel my Google Play subscription?

Open the Google Play app and in the top right, tap the profile icon. Tap Payments & Subscriptions and select the Hizo subscription you want to cancel. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

How do I cancel my Apple App Store subscription?

Open the App Store app and click your name. If you can’t find your name, click Sign In. Find the account settings, scroll to subscriptions and click Manage. The next screen will show all your active subscriptions. Scroll to Hizo and click edit. From the next screen select Cancel Subscription.
