Do you provide the lights or do I supply them?

Both options. For seasonal installs, we recommend our standard professional-grade C9 and mini-bulb sets which are designed for outdoor commercial use and last 5+ seasons. We can also install lights you already own — we just confirm they are outdoor-rated and the wattage works with our smart controllers.

What is Trimlight or a permanent lighting system?

Trimlight (and similar systems — Gemstone, Jellyfish) is permanent year-round programmable LED lighting installed under the soffit/eaves of your home. It runs hidden during the day and lights up for holidays, sports events, parties — controlled from a phone app. One install, replaces seasonal hangs forever.

Do you do takedown and storage in January?

Yes. Takedown is included in our standard seasonal install package. We label and store the strings in labeled bins so reinstall next year is faster. Storage at our facility is available as an add-on; otherwise we hand off the bins.

Can you install lighting on a multi-story Victorian or commercial building?

Yes. Our crew uses lift equipment for higher installations and we are insured for it. Multi-story Victorians, commercial storefronts, and HOA common areas are in scope. We confirm access, lift requirements, and exterior outlet locations during the assessment. Light It Up
