Do you see patients in person, via telehealth, or both?

We offer in-person and secure telehealth appointments for patients within Connecticut.

Do you work with children?

Yes. We provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents, and we regularly collaborate with parents, schools, and pediatric providers.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance at this time. Many patients use out-of-network benefits and we can provide documentation for reimbursement when applicable.

Do you provide medical marijuana cards?

We provide medical marijuana certifications when clinically appropriate. The state issues patient cards through its own online system. We will give you clear instructions to complete that process after certification.

What is pharmacogenetic testing?

Pharmacogenetic testing uses a simple DNA sample (typically a cheek swab) to look at how your body metabolizes certain medications. The results can help inform which medications may be better tolerated or more effective for you.

What documentation do you provide for Emotional Support Animals?

When clinically appropriate, we provide a formal letter supporting the need for an emotional support animal that meets federal and state documentation requirements for housing and other applicable accommodations.

What conditions do you commonly treat?

Anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment issues are commonly evaluated and managed in our practice. If your needs fall outside our scope, we will help with referral options.
