Cleaners on Homeaglow don't move heavy items, do outdoor work, clean carpets, remove mold or infestation, remove deep stains, clean pet messes, clean blinds or areas outside of normal reach.

How much is Homeaglow for a first cleaning? And how is it so cheap?

As a member, the first cleaning will cost you $9 for 2 hours, $19 for 3 hours, $39 for 4 hours, or $79 for 6 hours. Rest assured, while the service is deeply discounted for you, cleaners on Homeaglow still earn their hourly rate for your first cleaning.

How much is Homeaglow after the first cleaning?

As a member, subsequent cleanings booked through Homeaglow average $22/hour. This is a 50% discount from the rate for a one-time cleaning. The exact price will depend on your location and cleaner you choose. We'll show you the estimated cost immediately before booking.

Why would I pay a $59 membership fee for a discount?

When does the membership start? What is your membership cancellation policy?

Your membership won't start until you have had a first cleaning.After your first cleaning, your membership starts with a 6-month commitment term. After the commitment term, you can cancel any time with no fees. Cancelling before 6 months will result in your first cleaning being charged at full price

How do I cancel my membership?

Your membership comes with a 6-month commitment term. You can choose to cancel your membership any time, or pause for a certain period of time. There is a fee if you choose to cancel before your 6-month commitment. How long should I book? How often should I get a cleaning?

We suggest 3 hours to clean a 1 bed/1 bath home, 4 hours for 2 bed/2 bath homes, and 6 hours or more for larger homes.Most homes should be cleaned between once a week and once a month. If you live alone or you keep your space clean on your own, you may only need a cleaner once per month. If you have pets or a larger household, you may want a cleaning weekly. The most popular option is two cleanings a month.

How much do cleaners get paid on Homeaglow?

Cleaners on Homeaglow set their own rates and get paid 100% of their rate. When you tip a cleaner, we pass 100% of that tip to the cleaner, and we bear the cost of processing the payment.On your first deeply discounted cleaning, cleaners on Homeaglowstill earn their hourly rate.
