What is a “protected territory” considered for a franchisee?

Protected territory means your marketing and business networking activities are restricted to your defined territory. However, there is no restriction on where your clients are located. Client's prospects who pursue your business outside of your territory are considered your lead. No revenue percentages or finder’s fees will be required.

NO, our consultants are independent business owners who operate under our brand and provide our products and services. They maintain full control of their own consultancy and work for themselves, ensuring autonomy and ownership of their business.
