How quickly can you respond to emergency roof damage?

We maintain a 24/7 emergency response team specifically for urgent situations. During business hours, we typically arrive within 2-4 hours. For after-hours emergencies, we guarantee a response within 6 hours to protect your property from further damage. Our emergency crews carry tarps, temporary sealants, and everything needed to secure your roof immediately.

Do you offer financing options for larger projects?

Yes, we partner with leading financing providers to offer flexible payment plans with competitive rates. Most customers qualify for 0% APR for 12-24 months on approved credit. We can discuss your options during the free consultation, and the application process takes less than 10 minutes.

How long does a typical roof installation take?

Most residential roofs are completed in 2-4 days depending on size and complexity. A standard 2,000 square foot home typically takes 3 days from tear-off to final cleanup. We work efficiently without sacrificing quality, and we'll provide a precise timeline during your estimate. Weather permitting, we stick to our schedule. If unexpected issues arise, we communicate immediately and adjust the plan with your approval.

Will you handle all permits and inspections?

Absolutely. We manage every aspect of the permitting process with Albany and surrounding cities. Our team coordinates all required inspections and ensures full compliance with local building codes, so you don't have to worry about paperwork or scheduling. Permit fees are included in your quote upfront—no surprises. We've been working with local building departments for over a decade, so the process moves smoothly.

What warranty coverage do you provide?

Every installation includes our exclusive lifetime workmanship warranty on labor, plus manufacturer warranties on materials ranging from 25-50 years depending on your selection. Our workmanship warranty is non-prorated and fully transferable if you sell your home, adding value to your property.
