What is the return & cancellation policy of IBO?

In case you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you can raise a complete or partial order cancellation request or return items. Please note that cancellation requests are accepted for all orders provided you raise it while the order status is ‘In Process’. All the items sold at IBO are returnable except the few labelled as ’Non-Returnable’ on the product page. Return requests can be raised only within 7 days of product delivery. To raise a cancellation/return request, go to ‘My Orders’ > select the order > ‘Cancel Items/Return Items’.
