Can I use the iCAN Academy tools if I already have an LMS in place?

Certainly! We offer an exclusive protocol enabling you to create AI content within iCAN and subsequently integrate and play the outcomes on your Learning Management System.

What if we already have content built?

If you have existing content, you can easily onboard it onto iCAN, as it supports various file formats such as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and AICC. We allow for the linking of policies and procedures, MP4 videos, and other standard formats.

Will my Competency data be shared with other companies?

Absolutely not. Your Competency data will never be shared with other companies; instead, it is anonymized and utilized to create industry benchmarks while maintaining the confidentiality of each company’s specific results.

Should the decision be made to discontinue our iCAN subscription, will we retain access to our data?

While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, you retain ownership of all your data in the event of non-renewal.

Can I create my own Competency Assessments if I don’t want to use the Industry Assessments?

Yes, you have the freedom to develop your own custom Assessments to assess proprietary topics that are relevant to your needs.
