IDX Broker is designed for individual real estate agents, agent teams, broker offices, and web developers who build real estate websites. Individual agents can add MLS search to an existing website or get a full turnkey website through IDX Broker Elite. Teams and brokerages get additional features like agent rosters, bio pages, and sophisticated lead routing.

How much does IDX Broker cost?

IDX Broker offers three plans. IDX Broker Core starts at $60 per month and includes essential MLS search, lead capture, interactive map search, and AI-driven automated emails. IDX Broker Engage starts at $99 per month and adds market reports, sold listing data, AI Smart Search, and AI Redesign.

Is IDX Broker compatible with my MLS?

IDX Broker covers hundreds of MLS data providers across the United States, Canada, and internationally. If your MLS is not currently listed, IDX Broker can add any new MLS — once credentials are received from the MLS, a new dataset can typically be live within 2–3 weeks. How quickly can I get IDX Broker set up on my website?

Setup time varies depending on your MLS and the plan you choose.
