Your AEO score measures whether AI search engines - ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini - can actually read your site and cite it in answers. Roughly two-thirds of sites are invisible to them. At 6.7/10, The iFLYflat Flights Club has a working base to build on - fixable, and the signals above are where to start.
What about pay.com.au — do I have to use it?
They're complementary, not the same. Pay.com.au is a payment platform that routes your business expenses through a credit card so you earn points on payments that previously earned nothing. The iFLYflat Flights Club is the independent strategy layer on top: we assess your business, tell you which points to accumulate, when to transfer, and then book your Business Class seats across 10+ airlines. Pay.com.au gives you the mechanism to earn; we give you the strategy to make those points worth 4 to 5 cents each instead of 1. You don't have to use pay.com.au. We're payment-agnostic — for some busin
Is the 1.9% surcharge worth it?
Yes — when you redeem correctly. You're paying roughly 2 cents per point. In Business Class, those points are worth 4 to 5 cents each. That's a 2x to 3x return on every dollar of surcharge. The only time surcharges don't make sense is if you're redeeming for economy seats or gift cards — which we'll always tell you not to do. Business Class is the only redemption where the maths consistently work, and that's all we focus on.
Can you actually find Business Class seats when I need them?
The key difference to going it alone: we search across 12 to 13 airline combinations simultaneously. A seat on Qatar might drop at 1am — we'd have it confirmed before you woke up. We prefer 3 to 6 months lead time for international routes, and we're always honest upfront if a specific request is looking unlikely. We never promise what no one controls — but we dramatically improve your odds.
How does The iFLYflat Flights Club make money?
Two ways. The membership fee — $6,000 for Platinum, $10,000 for Black — covers your strategy sessions, personalised Points Travel OS, and included concierge flight bookings. For bookings above your inclusions, we charge a per-seat concierge fee. We don't earn commissions from airlines or points programs. Our interests are 100% aligned with getting you the best possible redemption value.
What if I don't have many points yet?
That's fine — most members join before they have enough points, because the strategy session is what sets up the earning. We map your entire business spend, identify which expenses can earn points, and build a 12-month blueprint to get you to your first Business Class seat. The 72-hour record: a family of five got Business Class seats to Africa within 72 hours of joining. Start where you are.
How long does it take to find a Business Class seat?
Standard requests are turned around within 2 to 5 business days. Complex routes or peak-season travel may take a little longer — we'll always communicate clearly if that's the case. Black members receive priority turnaround. For long-haul routes, we recommend submitting 3 to 6 months before travel. The earlier we look, the more availability we find.
What happens after I join as a member?
Within 48 hours of joining, you'll receive your onboarding pack and be booked in for your first Points Travel OS session. We map your entire business spend, identify every dollar that can be earning points, and build your 12-month strategy. From there, Platinum and Black members have direct access to the booking team for concierge requests. Explore members access the Private Circle community and monthly group strategy sessions with Steve.
Do Explore members get concierge flight bookings?
Explore members can use the Points Flight Concierge at the standard fee with a 10% member discount — but concierge bookings are not included in the Explore tier. If you want bookings included, Platinum (4 return seats per year) or Black (10 return seats per year) may be the right fit. Not sure which tier suits you? Start with the Points Audit and we'll work it out together.
