Is the cookware compatible with my induction cooktop?

To get the most of your cooking experience as a beginner, choose cookware that is: Made of stainless steel or cast iron with a ferromagnetic base. Non-magnetic materials like aluminum, ceramic, glass, and copper won't generally work on an induction cooker unless the pot has a magnetic layer. To check, stick a fridge magnet to the pot.

What is the cookware made of? How well is it constructed?

Induction cooktops require cookware made of magnetic material like cast iron, carbon steel, and most (but not all) stainless steel. Additional qualities we look for: Close contact between pot and cooktop The right thickness of the cookware for what you want to cook (thicker pots and pans retain heat better but may take longer to heat initially. They can also be quite heavy for some people to lift and move!)

Does it have a non stick coating? What type?

Non stick coatings benefits include easy food release, effortless cleanup, and the ability to cook with less oil without burning. The downsides include scratching or peeling with time, diminished nonstick properties, and the potential release of harmful chemicals.
