Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards issued in the UAE, UAE bank transfers and Cash on Delivery ( COD ) for eligible orders. For more details check our checkout page.

Do you ship across the UAE and how long will delivery take?

Yes — we ship to all UAE Emirates. For most orders you’ll receive free express delivery when your order is AED 100 or above. Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

How does your return & refund policy work?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or refund if the product is unused and in original packaging. Some items (e.g., perishable goods, supplements, health & personal care items) cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.

What warranty do you provide for tech or gadget products (e.g., smart tech bags)?

Eligible tech/gadget products are covered under our limited warranty from purchase date. Warranty covers manufacturing defects or malfunction under normal use. Misuse, water damage or wear-and-tear are not covered.

Are your wellness/health-nutrition products (like shilajit, gummies, and green-aura powders) safe and genuine? What is your return policy?

Yes . We source premium quality wellness products and ensure they meet quality standards. For any supplement or herbal product, please follow usage instructions on the label and consult a healthcare professional if needed.

Can I combine different products (tech-bag + honey + gummies) in one order and will delivery still be free?

Absolutely — you may combine items from different categories in a single order. The free express delivery threshold (AED 100) applies to the total order value before shipping.

What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] or call +971 55 337 0680 within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and images of the issue so we can guide the replacement or refund process.
