Do I need to be Referred by a doctor?

Nope – you don’t need a referral to see a myotherapist. You can book directly with us anytime. If you do have a referral or any medical info, feel free to bring it along.

Do you accept Health Rebates?

Yes, we do! If you have private health insurance with extras cover, you can claim a rebate on the spot using HICAPS.

What do I need for my first appointment?

Go to the link in your confirmation email and fill in the health history and informed consent form. This will save time during the appointment to assess and treat.

What should I bring to my session?

Just wear comfy clothing - ladies, a strapped bra allows best access to the back musculature.Work boots can be left downstairs in the tiled foyer.Bring along any relevant medical info, scans, or referrals.If its your first session, check your confirmation email and use the link provided to fill in an informed consent and health history form prior to the appointment.

What happens if I'm running late?

Give us a quick call or message if you’re on your way. We’ll do our best to fit in your full session, but we may need to shorten it depending on the schedule.
