What thermal cameras do you support?

All major brands with EXIF or radiometric metadata: FLIR, Hikmicro, and more. The Universal Thermal Kit currently handles multiple brand families. We add new firmware quirks as we encounter them in the field.

Can I keep using my own report template?

Yes. Templates are HTML with variable substitution for locations, observations, weather, and findings. We help you port yours during onboarding so the first report out of the platform looks like your existing one.

Where is data stored?

All customer data lives on EU-hosted object storage and database, with backups also in the EU. We never train models on your thermal images, and we never share data with advertising networks.

How does pricing work?

Prepaid credits cover image processing, monthly storage, and report generation. No per-seat fees. Enterprise customers can run on flat-rate invoicing instead, with the full credit ledger available for audit.

Can my clients access their own reports?

Yes. The property owner portal gives every building owner a branded, self-service view of their inspections. Onboarding can be self-service via token, or manually controlled per project.
