Yes. The free plan lets you create up to 5 manual invoices with PDF export and basic client management — no credit card required. Starter starts at $9/month for unlimited AI-powered invoicing. Business ($29/month) adds Autopilot AP automation.

How is this different from a template or QuickBooks?

Templates require you to fill in every field manually. QuickBooks is an accounting ledger. InvoiceQuickly generates a finished PDF from one plain-English sentence (e.g., "Invoice Acme $2,500 for brand redesign, due in 30 days"), then optionally syncs the invoice to QuickBooks or Xero.

Does it handle VAT, GST, and country-specific tax rules?

Yes. The AI detects the client country from the invoice context and applies the correct tax framework (US sales tax, EU VAT with reverse charge, UK VAT, Canadian GST/HST, Australian GST, etc.). You can also force a specific tax rate in the invoice description.

What's Autopilot and do I need it?

Autopilot handles invoices you RECEIVE from vendors — forward them to a unique InvoiceQuickly email address, and AI extracts vendor, line items, totals, and tax, then pushes the data to QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or your ERP. You don't need it if you only send invoices; it's built for accounts payable teams.
