It helps them rediscover products they were already considering purchasing and even find even better alternatives. Additionally, customers can disable the popup by selecting “Do not show again,” which ensures they won’t see it for the next 30 days.

Customer returns to the online store repeatedly, will iPopup always show them the same products?

No, iPopup always shows a different product offer to the customer (so that product offers are not repetitive). In the future, iPopup will show products to such a customer based on their behavior during the current visit, or the iPopup will open to them after a longer period of time.

How often will iPopup open for returning visitors?

If the customer closes the iPopup, the next popup window will appear after 3 hours at the earliest (but with a different product offer).
