How are skills assessments used?

Each course includes a skills assessment of around 20 questions. These measure comprehension, highlight strengths and gaps, and help managers assign follow-up courses as needed. Assessments are ideal for new hires, apprentices, or experienced staff who need a skills check.

How long are the courses?

Most courses take 35-45 minutes to complete. They are self-paced and can be paused and resumed anytime, so learners can fit training into their schedule without disrupting operations.

Do you offer your courses in multiple languages?

Yes. Many ITC courses are available in Spanish, making it easier to train a bilingual workforce and ensure consistency across all employees.

What reports are available to monitor progress?

Managers get access to detailed progress tracking and performance reports, including course completion, assessment results, and compliance data. Reporting can be viewed by individual, team, or department, making it easy to see where training is succeeding and where additional support is needed.

Can we use ITC inside our Learning Management System?

Yes. ITC courses are SCORM-compliant and can be delivered through your existing LMS, or through ITC’s hosted portal. You choose the setup that works best for your team.
