How does your pricing work?

During your first meeting with us, we’ll work out exactly what IT requirements your business has. We’ll then put together a recommendation based on your current and future requirements. Our managed services are deliberately designed to be as simple as possible: one monthly invoice, charged on a per-seat basis. That means you’ll only ever pay for the IT your team actually needs. The different line items – the products and services included in your monthly seat fee – are detailed in our agreement with you. How long does switching to you take?

Most of our clients go from booking their first meeting with us to being fully onboarded in less than 2 weeks. Some organisations have more rigorous internal assessment processes that they need to go through. Others have complex IT infrastructure that might take our technicians longer to audit. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know as soon as we do.

What downtime can I expect when changing my IT to you?

It depends on what services you’re running. Most of our clients experience minimal downtime when switching to us, but extremely complex environments and legacy infrastructure may require more time. If downtime will impact your business, we’ll work with you to schedule an appropriate time after hours so we don’t interrupt your day-to-day operations.

What’s Essential Eight and why does it matter?

The Essential Eight is a set of cyber security strategies recommended by the Australian government. There are 4 maturity levels: ML0: Your business is vulnerable to cyber threats. ML1: Your business is protected against very basic attacks. ML2: Your business is protected against common attacks. ML3: Your business is protected against more sophisticated threats.
