Yes! Every job starts with a free, firm, no-obligation quote. We'll come to your property, look at your items, and give you an exact price before we do any work. If you approve, we can often load everything the same day.

What's included in your pricing?

Everything! Our price includes labor, hauling, disposal fees, donation drop-offs, and cleanup. We even sweep the area after we're done. The only thing not included is tipping our crew (optional but always appreciated!).

How far in advance do I need to schedule?

We're flexible! Many customers book same-day or next-day service. We provide a 2-hour arrival window and call 15-30 minutes before arrival. For larger jobs like estate cleanouts or shed demolitions, we recommend scheduling 2-3 days in advance.

What items can you remove?

Almost anything! We remove furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, hot tubs, sheds, and more. We handle both residential and commercial junk removal. Items we can't take include hazardous materials (paint, oil, chemicals) and anything liquid that can't be safely poured down a drain.

What happens to my junk after you remove it?

We're donation and recycling focused! Usable furniture and items go to local charities like Goodwill, Habitat ReStore, and others. We recycle 90% of what we collect. Only unusable items go to the landfill as a last resort. We'll even provide donation receipts for your tax deduction.

Do I need to be present during junk removal?

Not necessarily! Many customers show us what needs to go, approve the quote, and leave us to work. As long as we can access the items and you've approved the price, you're free to run errands or go to work. We'll call when we're finished.
