How does your pricing work?

Pricing is based on the volume your items take in our truck, with labor included. We assess the load on site, give you a clear, written price, and only start once you approve. You can also text photos for a ballpark.

What items do you take?

Almost anything: furniture, appliances, mattresses, yard waste, construction debris, hot tubs, and full property cleanouts. We also offer dumpster rentals.

Are there items you don’t take?

We cannot take hazardous materials (paint thinner, fuel, oils, chemicals), medical waste, or anything illegal. Ask us for safe local disposal options.

Do you donate, recycle, or repurpose items?

Yes—donation, recycling, and creative re-use come first. We partner locally and often repurpose salvage into art and community projects to keep more out of the landfill.

How fast can you come out?

We offer same-/next-day pickups in most cases. Book online, call, or send the form; we’ll confirm an arrival window and text when we’re on the way.

Do I need to move items to the curb?

No. We handle in-home removal and take items where they lie—attics, basements, tight hallways. We protect floors and sweep up after.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We’re fully insured, trained, and local. We can provide documentation for properties and HOAs.

Do you work with businesses, realtors, or property managers?

Yes. We handle office cleanouts, retail fixtures, eviction/turnover cleanups, and contractor debris, with flexible scheduling and simple invoicing.
