What is included in the Quarterly Health Check?

Every quarter, a dedicated bookkeeper logs into your account to perform a 5-point check: Bank Reconciliation: We ensure your Xero balance matches your actual bank balance. Categorisation Review: We check for miscoded expenses (e.g., assets vs. office costs). Unallocated Items: We tidy up any mystery transactions. Duplicate Check: We remove duplicate receipts.

Can I pay for the Bundle monthly?

Yes! You can choose to pay the £249 Bundle fee upfront for the best savings, or spread the cost for an additional £25/month. This helps with your cash flow.

What happens if I grow?

We celebrate! If your business starts processing more than 100 transactions a month or you need VAT returns, you will graduate to our 'Keeper Growth' tier. We will view this as a success story.

I haven't done my books for a year. Can you help?
