Since we perform custom work and every job is unique, we can’t predict your timeline during our first call. Instead, we plan intentionally—assessing the scope of work, materials, and trade schedules. With accurate information, we develop a full project schedule and review it with you before construction begins.

How much will my project cost?

Costs depend on design, scope, materials, timeline, and trade partners. Because every client and project is unique, we define these elements upfront rather than relying on assumptions. During the Planning Phase, we work as a team to create a detailed plan so that the price we provide is one we can stand behind.

Do you restore old homes?

Yes. We understand the complexities of renovating older homes, and it’s one of our passions. With extensive experience in historic structures—and involvement in the Architectural Heritage Center—we’re familiar with regulatory requirements and the nuances of these detailed projects.
