How many languages can I translate with langify?

You can translate your store into up to 20 languages with langify v2. Together with your base language that adds up to 21 languages in total. On the Free plan you can add and manage 5 translation languages.

Can I purchase additional machine translation words?

Yes, you can purchase additional words at any time. You choose a word package inside the langify app, based on how many words you need. Every word package is a one-time purchase and does not add to your monthly app charge. Depending on your plan you get up to 42% off.

How frequently can I change my langify plan?

You can upgrade at any time and downgrade after 14 days. If you downgrade, you get credits for the difference in price multiplied by the remaining time in the billing period. A billing period spans 30 days.

Can I translate third party apps with langify?

Yes, langify translates the texts of most third-party apps using Custom Content. The most common apps integrate with langify natively and need no extra setup. Due to security restrictions, third-party app content cannot be translated on the checkout pages.

What will I be charged when I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

When you upgrade during a running billing cycle, Shopify prorates the new subscription charge. The amount due depends on three things: what you have already paid, the cost difference between the plans and the time left in the current billing cycle.
