Is this safe for my account?

We use the most secure connection method available for each platform. For Yelp and Thumbtack, you authorize LeadWinner via the platform's own official OAuth flow — the same secure method used by all approved integrations. For Google LSA, you enter your Customer ID and accept a manager invitation in your Google Ads dashboard. We never ask for your password.

When will the first credit card charge happen?

We charge once per week at the end of your billing period. So the first charge will occur one week after your trial ends.

Can the bot detect unqualified leads?

Yes, easily! In the bot settings under Messaging → Services Not Offered, simply list the services you don’t provide. The bot will politely decline those requests.

What will the bot text to the customer?

By default, the bot sends a sales-optimized message with the client’s name, validation of the request, a call-to-action, your contact details, and a clarifying question. You can also customize the instructions.
