How does the AI actually work?

You take a photo, and our system takes over. We use visual AI to instantly identify the brand, model, and item condition. Then, we automatically scan recent, real sold listings to figure out exactly what your item is worth and write a professional listing for you.

How is this different from other listing tools?

Most tools still require you to type out titles, search for comparables yourself, and copy-paste between tabs. ListForge is a fully automated pipeline. You just snap photos, and we handle the research, pricing, and writing. Plus, our credit-based pricing scales with your volume — you only pay for what you use, around $0.50 per full identify-to-published flow.

Which marketplaces do you support?

Currently, we have a direct integration with eBay. When you hit publish, your listing goes straight to your eBay account, fully formatted and optimized. Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, and other platforms are coming soon.

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

Never. You pay for credits — either by buying a one-time pack or subscribing monthly — and that's it. Your sales revenue is 100% yours. We believe in transparent, predictable pricing.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes! We have an app that lets you photograph and list from anywhere. It features a continuous rapid-capture mode, which is perfect for processing piles of inventory at a warehouse or estate sale without having to stop and wait.

What happens if the AI gets it wrong?

You are always in control. Before anything goes live on the marketplace, it goes into your Review Queue. You can quickly double-check the AI's work, adjust the price if you want, and fix any mistakes with a single click.

How does the pricing work?

ListForge runs on credits. Every billable action — research, listing generation, publishing — has a fixed credit cost. A full identify-to-published flow on a single marketplace is about $0.50 at the base rate. You can buy one-time packs (credits never expire) or subscribe monthly for cheaper per-credit pricing. New accounts get 5,000 free credits ($25 retail value) at signup.

Do credits expire?

Pack credits never expire — buy a pack and use it whenever. Subscription credits are monthly capacity: they reset at the start of each billing cycle and unused subscription credits do not roll over. Most resellers use a subscription for their typical month plus a pack as a safety buffer.
