What is Livity?

Livity is an advanced health tracking app for iOS that monitors sleep quality, calculates your fitness age, tracks training load, analyzes your circadian rhythm, and provides personalized health insights. It integrates seamlessly with Apple Watch and Garmin devices.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Livity prioritizes privacy with on-device processing and encrypted data transmission. We do not sell personal data. You have full control over what data is shared and can export or delete all your data anytime.

What is Fitness Age?

Fitness Age is your biological health age calculated from 8 key metrics: VO₂ max, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep duration, daily steps, moderate activity, vigorous activity, and strength training. A lower fitness age means better health markers.

How does Apple Watch integration work?

Simply download Livity, grant Health permissions, enable Sleep tracking in settings, and wear your Apple Watch to bed. Data syncs automatically. The setup takes just a few minutes.

Can I use Livity without a smartwatch?

Yes. You can manually log workouts and sleep data. However, Apple Watch or Garmin enables automatic tracking of sleep, steps, heart rate, and other metrics for more comprehensive insights.

What does Training Load measure?

Training Load quantifies the intensity, duration, and frequency of your workouts. It helps prevent overtraining by showing when you need more recovery and when you can handle more intense training.

How accurate is the sleep tracking?

Accuracy depends on your wearable device quality and consistency. Apple Watch and Garmin devices provide reliable sleep stage detection. Trends are more meaningful than absolute values.

Is Livity a medical device?
