Legis1 is a business whose own site puts it this way: "Legis1 publishes original reporting and data-driven analysis on the U.S. Congress, legislation, votes, hearings, lobbying, campaign finance, and the people and organizations shaping." To AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity it is partially visible, scoring 5.5 out of 10, readable in places and missing in others.

On the page it is passable on some structured data, a workable page structure, a partly stated business identity, basic crawler access and partial sitemap and link coverage. What holds it back is credibility markers like credentials or reviews.

Away from its own site, other sites link to it. There is some, but not much, sign that the domain is only lightly established.
