What's your turn time?

Our standard turn time is 10 business days, which is roughly two weeks. We always aim to finish sooner when possible. If a job will take longer, such as during peak seasons or holidays, we’ll let you know upfront.

What are your minimums?

For most in-house services, including embroidery, apparel printing, and engraving, we do not have minimum order quantities. Promotional products, specialty items such as all-over prints or cut-to-sew embroidery, and any items produced outside our shop do have minimums, which vary by item and supplier.

Do you do everything in house?

Outside of specialty items such as leather patches, 3D puff printing, and select promotional products like pens or stress balls, we produce everything in house. Embroidery, apparel printing, engraving, and coding are all done right here in Wichita, Kansas. When you call, you speak directly with our team, not a call center or a middleman. No outsourced production. No outsourced customer service.

Do you ship or drop-ship?

Yes, we ship orders regularly and can also blind ship or drop-ship when needed. Blind and direct drop-shipping are available for customers with an established relationship. This helps ensure accuracy, consistency, and a smooth delivery experience.

Can you work with licensed gear?

Yes. We can work with licensed gear and currently hold licenses with several universities and athletic programs. Licensing requirements vary by organization and may include additional fees or specific production guidelines. Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll walk you through the process.

Can you help with design or artwork?

Yes. Our in-house design team can help create new artwork, clean up existing files, or adapt designs for different production methods. Whether you have a finished logo or just an idea, we’ll help get it ready for production.

Can I see a proof before production?

Yes. We provide proofs for approval before production begins to ensure everything looks right and meets expectations.
