How long does it take to generate a report?

Your analysis report is generated instantaneously within 30 seconds. Although sometimes it can take a bit longer when you upload a large chat history. As soon as your chat is uploaded, our engine begins processing the data, and your full Relationship Direction Report will be ready for viewing immediately after.

What platforms can I import messages from?

Do I need to add all the messages to get started?
