Are Figma files available?

Figma file is available as an add-on — just select the “+Figma” option at checkout. For Webflow customers that already purchased the template directly from the Webflow marketplace, please contact [email protected] with your purchase receipt to request it.Note: The Figma file includes desktop screens only.

What kind of support do you offer?

We offer email support with responses typically within 24 hours. For anything visual or technical, we'll send a step-by-step video walkthrough to help you sort it out. Standard support covers bug fixes, broken elements, and questions about how the template works.

I forgot to add the Figma file to my order.

Contact us to purchase the Figma file as a standalone add-on. Please note that we do not sell Figma files to non-customers; this option is exclusively available if you have already purchased a template.

What is your refund policy?

As all of our products are digital, all sales are final and refunds are not available. Please review all product details thoroughly before making a purchase. Some exceptions may apply, see our refund policy page for more details.

How to claim my 3 months of Framer Pro?

Find your promo code inside the template or the PDF included with your purchase. Then head to framer.com/pricing, select the Pro annual plan, and enter your code at checkout.

What is your usage policy?

What you can do: Use our templates for personal or commercial projects, including client work. What you cannot do: Claim authorship or present our templates as your own original design work. Resell, redistribute, or re-license our templates (or any derivative of it) as a standalone product — such as a template or theme.

I added a new CMS field but it's not showing on my page. Why?

Adding a field to your CMS collection only saves it to the database. You still need to insert it onto the page. Complete step 3 under 'Add a CMS field' in our guide here.

My form is not working.

The most common reason a form stops working is an unconfigured recipient email. Select the Form layer in your project, then check the 'Send to' field in the right panel and make sure it's set to your own email address.
