Where do you ship, and how fast will I get my order?

We ship across Canada and the United States. Many in-stock orders arrive within about 2–4 business days depending on your address and the carrier. What warranty do marine motors, batteries, and boats come with?

Coverage depends on the manufacturer and product line (for example, different terms for inflatables, lithium batteries, or electric propulsion). Always check the product page and our Warranties and Returns page for the binding details. If something isn’t clear, we’re happy to confirm in writing before you buy.

Can I visit your Scarborough showroom or pick up locally?

Yes. Our showroom and warehouse are at 2220 Midland Ave, Unit #22, Scarborough, ON M1P 3E6. Hours are generally Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM; weekends are closed. Visits to the warehouse are by appointment – please call or text when you arrive (+1 (647) 969-7870). GTA customers can also ask about local pickup when they place an order.

I'm not sure whether to go electric – can you help size a motor or battery system?

That's what we do. M-Oceans focuses on electric marine propulsion, lithium house and propulsion batteries, and complete systems – not just parts. We offer no-pressure consultations (including short calls for typical 14–30 ft boats) to help you choose motor power, voltage, and runtime.
