Can I include open/read tracking?

We do not support this, however if you want to include one and track users yourself, you can manually. Note that in order to be GDPR compliant you must get the user to opt-in to tracking first.

Can I send Marketing Emails with MailPace?

No. Only Transactional Emails are supported. MailPace is designed for transactional emails like password resets, notifications, OTP codes, and welcome emails - not bulk marketing campaigns.

What are transactional emails?

Transactional emails are automated messages sent in response to user actions, such as password resets, order confirmations, shipping notifications, OTP codes, account verifications, and system alerts.

How fast does MailPace deliver emails?

MailPace delivers emails in seconds. Average time to inbox: Gmail 0.84s, iCloud 1.03s, Yahoo 1.28s. We continuously monitor and optimize our delivery times.

Where is MailPace data hosted?

All MailPace data is hosted in the European Union with 100% carbon-neutral, renewable energy powered servers. We use local bare-metal and VPS providers.

Do you support my programming language or framework?

MailPace supports all major programming languages including Node.js, Ruby, Python, PHP, Go, Elixir, and popular frameworks like Rails and Symfony. We provide both HTTP API and SMTP endpoints.
