What is ManageStacks?

ManageStacks is a fully managed platform for deploying and operating open-source applications. You subscribe through AWS, Azure, or GCP Marketplace, pick the application you need (like n8n, ERPNext, or Grafana), and we handle everything else: provisioning, monitoring, updates, backups, and security.

How is this different from self-hosting?

Self-hosting means you're responsible for server setup, Docker configuration, SSL certificates, monitoring, backups, updates, and security patches. With ManageStacks, all of that is automated. You get a production-ready application in minutes instead of days, and ongoing maintenance is handled by our platform.

Which cloud providers are supported?

ManageStacks is available on AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, and GCP Marketplace. You can deploy applications on any of these providers, and billing goes through your existing cloud account.

Can I use my existing cloud spending commitments?

Yes. Subscriptions through cloud marketplaces count toward your existing commitments, including AWS Enterprise Discount Programs and Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitments (MACC).

What applications are available?

We support 50+ pre-built open-source applications across categories including workflow automation (n8n, Airflow), ERP (ERPNext, Odoo), monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus), databases (PostgreSQL, Redis), AI/ML tools (Dify, FlowiseAI), and developer tools (Gitea, Keycloak). New applications are added regularly.

How do updates work?

When a new version of your application is released, we test it for compatibility and stability. Once validated, the update appears in your dashboard. You can apply it with one click, or enable automatic updates to always run the latest stable version.

What monitoring is included?

Every deployment includes pre-configured Grafana dashboards with real-time metrics for CPU, memory, disk, network, and application-specific health checks. You can set alert thresholds that notify you via email, Slack, or PagerDuty.

Is my data secure?

All connections are encrypted with TLS. Applications run on dedicated infrastructure (not shared tenants). Firewalls are configured by default. Daily encrypted backups are stored in a separate region. We apply OS-level security patches automatically.
