It is. Texas licenses intrastate household-goods movers through the TxDMV, and we hold that registration alongside USDOT and MC authority for moves crossing state lines. Every job carries $1 million in cargo coverage, and we email our credentials or a Certificate of Insurance to an Uptown high-rise, a Las Colinas office, or any building that needs one on file.

Do you handle Uptown high-rises and Deep Ellum lofts?

Constantly. Our crew runs the freight elevators and loading docks all over Uptown, downtown, and the Deep Ellum and Bishop Arts loft buildings, and we book the elevator window with building management ahead of move day. Hand us the certificate-of-insurance requirements when you reserve, and we name your property on the COI early so the dock is ours the moment we arrive.

How far out should I book the crew?

Saturdays and the closing week of the month go first, so plan on two or three weeks of lead time for those. A weekday or mid-month date often opens up on a few days’ notice, and when a truck sits free we are glad to take last-minute or same-day work. Do you take a deposit up front?

Most local jobs around the metroplex take nothing down — a quick phone confirmation the day before is all we need. Bigger homes and long-haul interstate moves hold the date with a small refundable deposit, and that amount comes right off your final balance.

Where does your crew work?

Dallas and across the whole metroplex — Plano, Frisco, Irving, Garland, Richardson, Carrollton, McKinney, Allen, Mesquite, and Grand Prairie. We run I-35E and US-75 north and south, I-30 and I-20 east and west, plus the Dallas North Tollway and the President George Bush Turnpike, handling everything from an Oak Cliff bungalow to a master-planned house out in Collin or Denton County.

Will your crew pack for me?

Of course. Turn over the entire house and we box, wrap, and label every room, or aim us at just the kitchen and the fragile pieces. Either way the crew arrives with the cartons, paper, and tape in hand, so you are not hunting down supplies the week you move.

Can I pack my own boxes to save money?
