Is a long-term contract required for service?

No. Service is month-to-month. Clients stay because the service removes stress and risk, not because they are locked into a contract.

What happens if my site gets hacked while under care?

Security incidents are rare, but if something does happen, I take responsibility for investigating, cleaning, and restoring the site as part of your service. This includes identifying the cause, removing malicious code, restoring from clean backups if needed, and hardening the site to prevent a repeat incident.

Do you work on my site directly, or is this automated?

I personally manage and oversee every site. Trusted tools are used for monitoring, backups, and alerts, but decisions, reviews, and responses are handled manually. Your site is not handed off to a support queue or outsourced team.

Will updates break my website?

Most updates are routine and safe. When higher-risk updates are involved, they are reviewed and applied carefully. The goal is stability first, not rushing changes. This is especially true for sites on the Complete plan, which receive additional oversight to reduce compatibility risks.

What kinds of websites do you work with?

I work best with small to mid-sized businesses that rely on their website for credibility, leads, or client communication: Dentists & Dental Practices Accountants & Consultants Doctors & Medical Clinics Lawyers & Law Firms Physical Therapists & Chiropractors I do not work with ecommerce, real estate, or sites that require frequent content updates (daily blogs, news, or inventory changes). How do backups work if something goes wrong?

Backups are performed automatically and securely stored off-site. Essential Care includes weekly backups with 60-day retention, while Complete Care includes daily backups with 90-day retention. If something goes wrong, whether from an update issue, malware, or another unexpected problem, I will restore your website to a clean, working version as quickly as possible.

Do you provide content changes or design work?

No. This service is focused on maintenance, security, and stability. Minor fixes that are directly related to a maintenance task may be handled as needed. Content updates, redesigns, and anything outside that scope are not included and would require a separate conversation.
