Why is it so hard to find the right therapist?

Because it’s hard to know what you’re even supposed to be looking for.It’s tough to search for a therapist when you don’t know which therapy approach is right for you or what makes a therapist a good fit in the first place.

Do you offer virtual therapy in Ontario?

Yep! I offer online therapy sessions for clients across Ontario. Online sessions are secure and just as effective as in-person therapy for tons of people. Online therapy also has the benefit of saving you time and money.

What issues do you help with?

I work with a variety of different issues, including anxiety, interpersonal challenges, and stress. Most of my practice specifically focuses on trauma. I work a ton with people who have experienced difficult childhoods and still feel the effects of it today. I also work with couples experiencing relationship issues like infidelity, lack of passion, and communication concerns.

How long does therapy usually take?

It's an annoying answer, but the length of therapy really just depends on your goals and what you’re working through. Some people feel improvement in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support for deeper patterns.
