Which eSense sensor should I choose?

Is the eSense app free? What devices are supported?

The eSense app is free to download with core biofeedback features included. It supports both iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android smartphones and tablets. Some advanced features like cloud export, additional training programs, and music/video feedback are available as in-app purchases.

Are eSense sensors medical devices?

eSense sensors are CE-certified wellness and training devices, not medical devices. They are designed for personal stress management, relaxation training, and general well-being. What is the difference between biofeedback and neurofeedback?

Biofeedback measures peripheral body signals like heart rate, skin conductance, temperature, muscle tension, and breathing. Neurofeedback specifically measures brain activity (EEG).
