If we confirm fraud, the business is fully refunded and the held earnings are reversed; if we dismiss the case (or no flag is raised within 14 days), earnings clear automatically.

How do you prevent creators from self-claiming their own gifts?

At three detected self-CPA attempts the account is automatically blocked, the user is emailed, and a notification is sent to our team. Detected self-claims are recorded as `self_claim` and never billed.
