Yes. Mintconstruct holds a QBCC Unrestricted Builder licence (1206310) — meaning there is no project size, scope or value we are not legally licensed to deliver in Queensland. We carry full public liability and contract works insurance, and every residential build is covered by QBCC Home Warranty Insurance.

How long does a custom home take to build?

A typical Mintconstruct custom home takes 10–14 months from site start to handover, depending on size, complexity and weather. Architectural waterfront homes on the Gold Coast often run 14–18 months due to engineering, slab and pile depths required on canal blocks. We provide a binding construction programme at contract signing and a live build schedule via our client portal.
