It covers reservations, valet, deliveries, visitor access, maintenance, building automation, expenses, reports, polls and resident communications, across the resident app, the in-unit touch panel and the staff console. At its center is Miri, the first AI concierge agent that doesn't just answer — she acts for residents, end to end, in their language.

How is Miri different from a chatbot?

Miri is an AI concierge agent that acts, not just answers. Residents ask in plain language and Miri places the order, schedules the valet or books the amenity end to end, using the same workflows the building staff already uses every day.

Which languages does Mirigi support?

Each building can use any language it needs. Properties pick a default building language, and each resident can choose their own preferred language on top of it — Mirigi translates communications into the resident's language automatically. Ideal for multilingual residences like those in Miami, where residents speak English, Spanish, Portuguese and more under one roof.

How does Mirigi handle resident privacy?

Resident data is scoped by role and by unit, so each user — resident, doorman, valet, manager — sees only what they need. Mirigi does not sell or share resident information, and the platform is operated by the Mirigi team directly.

Do residents need to install an app?

Mirigi ships with a branded companion app that most residents use and that we recommend — it's one of the primary ways to reach the system. The platform is also accessible from an in-unit touch panel installed by the building and from a web link, so a phone install isn't strictly required. Many interactions happen by simply talking to Miri.

How do amenity reservations work?

Residents see a live calendar of what is available — the barbecue, the spa, the party room, the gym — and book the time they want in seconds. Reservations confirm instantly, reminders go out automatically, and any usage fee is billed to the unit. Miri can also book on request.
