Yes, absolutely. In the registration form, you have the option to add a "fellow traveler". This can be your better half or someone else. You can stay with your co-worker or another installer in one room if you wish to do so. While we have not allowed rooms to be shared between businesses in the past, we explicitly encourage it this time, as expected demand highly eceeds capacity.

I would like to book additional dates before or after PLUSCON a Fuji, is that possible?

Of course - at your own discretion and there is no support from us in doing so. Also, you are buying a package. There is no partial reimbursements for services not consumed (for example transportation back to Tokyo if you decide to stay longer).

I would like to book special features of my room (like floor, distance to elevator or view), is that possible?

Unfortunately, we can not cater for individual wishes like that. You may try to contact the hotel itself in advance and discuss what options they would be able to offer you. There is no support from us in doing so, we will not put you in contact, we will not ask for you.

Are there any activities planned after Pluscon?

People will be around for some days afterwards. Exchange and coordinate yourself with them. We are not there to be your guides or to facilitate any activities outside of the official program.

Who will I meet there? Who is coming? Can I see a list of people?

No. Unfortunately, we can not and do not wish to disclose that information. If you have friends in the installer community you want to make sure you will meet, ask them directly if they are attending PLUSCON this year.
