Is your Free Hosting plan really free?

Yes. With our Free Hosting plan you can host websites and databases at no cost. No hidden fees, no credit card required. We play fair.

Can I host my own domain?

Free plans only work with our free subdomains. Premium plans let you use your own domains as well as our free subdomains.

Will you put advertising on my free website?

No. We do not place banner ads on hosted websites. We believe that if customers are happy with the free plan, they will upgrade to a Premium plan later.

When can I cancel my Premium plan?

Premium plans are billed annually and can be cancelled at any time. If you decide not to continue, simply do not renew your subscription and we will cancel it automatically.

Can I buy or transfer my domain to you?

Not yet. We are not a domain registrar, so for now you will need to use a registrar such as Namecheap or Porkbun. We plan to become a domain registrar later this year.

Where are your servers located?

Our servers are located in Germany (EU) and Salt Lake City (USA). We also plan to expand to a data center in Asia this year.
