How does Multiorders help with inventory management?

It automatically syncs stock levels across all connected channels to prevent overselling and keep your listings accurate everywhere.

How often are orders imported from the sales channels?

Orders placed on marketplaces usually appear in Multiorders within 10–15 minutes.

Can I merge items between two stores built on the same marketplace?

Yes, you can. The process is the same as merging products between two different marketplaces.

Does Multiorders reduce stock on Shopify when an item is sold on eBay (and vice versa)?

Yes, it does — as long as your products are merged.

Can I have multiple integrations from one sales channel (e.g. multiple Amazon accounts)?

Yes. Each integration is treated as a separate store, and you can add as many as you need.

Does Multiorders support shipping labels?

Yes. You can generate and print shipping labels directly from your dashboard using your preferred courier accounts.

Does Multiorders support multiple currencies?

Orders are always processed using the currency set in your store. Multiorders does not perform any currency conversion.

Is it possible to show less or more stock than I currently have?

Yes. In your product’s Product Info section, you’ll find two columns — Allowed Min and Allowed Max. Allowed Min displays this value on your sales channel even if your actual stock is lower, and Allowed Max displays this value even if your actual stock is higher.
