The Simple 6 is the most life altering change I have made since being shot in the face on 03Dec2006. The hardest part was getting started. I did not realize how difficult it was to give compliments. Then I realized how resistance I was to except a compliment. I believe the Simple 6 is the best therapy I have received in over 13 years of recovery.
