I already pay for armed response at home. Why Namola?

Armed response protects your property. Namola protects you everywhere else: on the road, at work, walking to your car, on holiday. At R59/month for the whole family, it costs less than most single-property contracts and goes where you go.

Can't I just call 112?

112 is free, but notoriously unreliable: long waits, dropped calls, no GPS dispatch. Even Namola Essential upgrades that experience with public emergency services dispatched to your exact GPS, not just a phone call you hope someone answers. Plus adds private armed and medical on top.

What if I'm in an area without private response?

The app shows your coverage status live. Where Plus private response isn't yet available, you still get public panic dispatch (Essential) and your emergency contacts are notified with your location. We're adding districts every quarter.

Will tracking drain my family's batteries?

No. Namola uses adaptive, battery-aware location updates: frequent when you're moving, quiet when you're still. Typical daily impact is 1–3% of battery.

Is my location data private?

Yes. Only the contacts you choose can see your location, and only during an active SOS or when you've shared with them. We never sell location data. Full privacy policy in the app.

How do I pay?

Apple App Store, Google Play, Huawei IAP, or PayFast. Free stays free with no card required; paid plans start after your subscription purchase is confirmed.
