How quickly do you actually respond when we raise a ticket?

Tickets raised during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5pm AEST) are seen by a real technician within 60 minutes. Most are resolved inside the first call. Our monitoring runs 24/7 — we often catch problems before you do. After-hours phone support is available on request.

Are you really Brisbane-based, or is it outsourced overseas?

Every technician on our team works from our Greenslopes office, or from their Brisbane homes during hybrid days. We don't outsource overseas, and we don't use offshore helpdesks. You will know the name of the person answering your call.

Do you charge for quotes or initial assessments?

No. The first meeting and the IT audit are free, including an onsite visit if you're in greater Brisbane. You get a written report at the end of it whether you hire us or not.

What if we already have an in-house IT person?

That's fine — we offer co-managed IT specifically for this. We handle infrastructure, monitoring, backups, and escalation cover; your in-house person owns day-to-day user support and knows your team. You get the specialist work without paying for a second full-time role.

Are we locked into a contract?

No. Our plans are month-to-month. No minimum term, no exit fees. If we're not earning your business, you leave with 30 days' notice. The evidence that this model works: 100% of our clients stay past year one, 90% past three, 50% past five — because they want to be, not because they have to be.

Do you work with businesses outside Brisbane?

Our onsite work is Brisbane and South East Queensland only. Remote support, monitoring, and cloud management we can deliver anywhere in Australia — and we do, for clients who've moved interstate or have multiple offices.
