What happens during onboarding?

Our onboarding process is completed in three stages. First, we’ll introduce your dedicated technical team and account manager and discuss any existing technical challenges. We’ll then complete the technical onboarding, including installing monitoring and support tools, setting up your portal, reviewing systems handed over from your previous provider, and implementing backup and disaster recovery plans.
