Are you a solo operator or a team?

Nexasol is a small studio with a tight core team and trusted collaborators we bring in for larger engagements. For most client work, you're working directly with the people who will actually build your project — no account managers, no hand-offs to junior staff.

How long does a typical project take?

Most automation and integration work completes in 1-3 business days. Complex CRM customizations or multi-step workflows can take a week. We tell you upfront — and if a project will take longer than expected, we tell you before we start.

Do you work via Fiverr or directly?

Both. Fiverr handles payment escrow and dispute protection, which works well for first-time clients. Repeat clients often move to direct contracts — we accept payment via wire, PayPal, or Stripe.

What is the minimum engagement size?

A $25 Calendly setup is just as welcome as a $5,000 multi-week engagement. We don't have an artificial minimum — we have an honest standard, which is that we only take work we believe we can deliver well within the agreed scope.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, when projects warrant them. We can sign your NDA before the first call if needed. For most engagements, we operate under standard professional confidentiality.

What time zones do you work in?

We work flexibly across time zones. Most of our clients are in North America, the UK, the Netherlands, and Australia. Average response time is under an hour during business hours.
