01. Who is this work actually for?

This work is for high-performing adults who have built success professionally but feel something unresolved in their relationships. Many of my clients are competent, thoughtful people who can lead teams, build companies, and solve complex problems—but find themselves repeating patterns in love, struggling with boundaries, or feeling disconnected in their marriages. They are not looking for quick fixes or motivational advice. They are ready to examine themselves honestly and make meaningful structural shifts in how they show up in relationships.

02. Is this therapy?

No. Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, emotional processing, and clinical mental health support. This work is different. What I offer is structured relational development for capable adults who want to understand their patterns, take responsibility for their role in relationship dynamics, and build stronger relational leadership in their lives. Many clients have already done therapy. This work focuses on clarity, accountability, and forward movement.

Most relationship advice focuses on communication techniques or surface-level behavior changes. My approach focuses on structure . 04. I'm successful. Why do I still struggle in relationships?

Success teaches people how to perform, solve problems, and push through discomfort. Those skills work extremely well in professional environments. But relationships operate differently. Many high achievers unknowingly bring the same performance patterns into their personal lives—avoiding difficult conversations, suppressing needs, or prioritizing stability over honesty. 05. Do you work with both men and women?

Yes. While many of my clients are high-performing men, I work with both men and women who are serious about examining themselves and improving how they show up in relationships. The common thread isn’t gender—it’s readiness for honest self-examination and meaningful personal responsibility.

7. How is Human Design used in this work?

Human Design is used as a pattern recognition tool . It helps illuminate how individuals naturally process decisions, boundaries, emotional dynamics, and relational energy. It’s not used as a belief system or rigid framework. Instead, it simply provides another lens for understanding personal tendencies and relationship dynamics. The core of this work remains personal responsibility, awareness, and structural change.

08. What happens in the first session?

The first session focuses on understanding your relational landscape. We explore: Current relationship dynamics Recurring patterns Where you feel stuck or frustrated The structure behind those patterns Most clients leave the first session with greater clarity about what has been happening in their relationships and where meaningful change can begin.
