What is the difference between the Norvik Lite, Go, Pro, and Ultra models?

Norvik Lite (1-Channel): Our ultra-compact, entry-level driver defense. Features a high-definition single front-facing optical lens to capture the road ahead with crystal clarity.Norvik Go (2-Channel): Complete front-and-rear protection.

Do Norvik dashcams record automatically when the car is turned off?

Yes, provided the device is hardwired to your vehicle. While all Norvik dashcams automatically record and lock impact footage during normal driving via internal G-sensors, full 24/7 parking surveillance requires continuous power.

How can I track my package once it has been shipped?

Once your order is processed and scanned by our courier service, an automated shipping confirmation containing your direct tracking link will be sent straight to your email. You can click that link at any time—or use the "Track Order" page in our main website menu—to follow your delivery in real time. check_box
